A Tailor-made selection is a selection of the ICCA Association Database of either series of meetings organised by an international organisation or particular editions of a meeting. The selection is based on your personal requirements, the selection criteria. Because the selection is based upon your own criteria, meetings or events in which you are not interested are automatically excluded.
The ICCA Association Database contains profiles of clients that may be interested in organising a meeting in your destination. ICCA has experienced researchers at ICCA Head Office to select the Association buyers that could become your clients.
For only EUR 295 you can have a manifold return on this investment; ICCA will make a selection of 150 TOP BUYERS who meet your criteria. Selections will be sent by email in html format (printable file) and in excel format (to import the data into your own database). These are 150 Sales leads!
To enable our Research Department to provide you with quality leads, ICCA needs
to know the following:
- Number of minimum & maximum participants which can be
accommodated in your venue
- Countries/Cities where the associations should be based
- Should a commercial exhibition be attached?
- When should be the first open year of the congress?
Time of delivery: 5 working days after receipt of payment
Format: Report in MS Excel and in html (to print)

A congress centre requested for meetings which had not been scheduled in its country since 1990, attracted between 100 and 2,000 participants and of which the headquarter was based in a European country. The centre used the information to convince international organisations to use the venue as a future destination.
Many pharmaceutical companies make schedules of all medical meetings for their staff to attend. They often request an event based listing based on the exact subject matter.
A travel agent intended to market special packages for larger conferences in Europe. He requested an overview of all future events up to the year 2000, with at least 400 participants.
