Graphic Designer
Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer at ICCA, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of ICCA’s products, programmes, initiatives, and events. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually engaging, high-quality content for event marketing, branding, and materials across various platforms. You will design digital and print assets, event collaterals, booth designs, and more, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation. Your creativity and technical expertise will drive the visual direction for all materials, effectively engaging target audiences while communicating ICCA’s brand values and supporting marketing objectives across global and regional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Design & Development: Develop and apply brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all digital and print materials while supporting future brand architecture and growth.
- Social Media & Digital Assets: Design compelling social media graphics and banners for all the ICCA products and programmes ensuring the content is adapted to all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Event Collaterals: Design digital and print materials for events including digital collaterals, on-site branding, signage, master decks, advertising materials.
- Booth Design & Layouts: Create visually impactful booth designs and layouts to represent ICCA at all our global events, integrating brand elements and messaging that create an immersive experience for attendees.
- Video Editing & Animation: Edit video content for promotional materials, event recaps, or social media, including adding graphics, animation, and motion elements to enhance storytelling.
- Onsite Event Content Creation Support: Capture photos and videos onsite during events, creating visual content in real time for social media and post-event recaps. Ensure high-quality content under event pressures and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects including but not limited to marketing materials.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create and edit high-quality visual assets.
- Solid understanding of video editing, animation, and motion graphics techniques.
- Proficiency in Canva for quick design executions and Microsoft 365 for collaborative project management.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in creating designs for social media, digital platforms, and print collateral.
- Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position
- Degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web-based event content and landing pages.
