Registration for AES 2015 will open in January 2015

Where association executives and ICCA members come together to exchange knowledge, network and get the latest news.

The AES covers all aspects of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of meetings and at the same time is a unique opportunity for suppliers to understand client objectives and business cultures, and for association executives to understand how to negotiate with and understand the objectives of suppliers, enabling both sides to establish stronger and more productive business relationships. For more information on the topics, please view the 2014 AES programme.

Quotes from previous participants

A great opportunity to network with and discuss current industry topics as well as best practise with fellow destinations, as well as hearing first hand what we can do to assist association meeting planners, making all processes easier. I would thoroughly recommend. Kerry Watson, VisitScotland

I had attended the AES several years' ago, and decided to come back again this year. I wasn't disappointed: the discussions were different and I again took many new ideas home with me. We all tend to have a somewhat introverted approach to what we are doing although it is so important to get out there and share experiences with our industry colleagues. Thoroughly recommended! Sonia Thomas, UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry

I have participated to the very first edition of the AES 10 years ago and I have to say that the content and format of the seminar has become better and better over the years. This is a great programme bringing associations, destinations and suppliers together to understand better each other's "worlds" resulting in a more efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation. I highly recommend the AES as a unique and very efficient way of continuous learning!Alexandra Chroma, European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers
