Do you know that you can export your selection made in the Online Database onto your spreadsheet programme in Ms. Excel? This is useful for you to make your own database compilation and also do follow-ups with regards to sales calls and appointments as well as gain easy accesses to glance through meeting profiles that you are interested. With the sort functionality in Ms. Excel, you can sort the fields according to your requirements.
Steps to do the export are as follows:
- Make the selection through Series or Events tab (remember that you can only export a maximum of 500 profiles).
- Click on show Show events List/Full or Show series List/Full.
- Click the Export button, the following screen appears:

- Tick the selection you wish to export (you can also include your personal notes) and click the export button
- Open/download the file and save as a Microsoft Excel Workbook.
You would then observe upon downloading that the Excel sheet consists of two tabs namely Complete and Incomplete Profiles:
