The registration fee is €990 for both the bureau and client together. 

What does it include?
- accommodation for both client and supplier (2 single rooms for 2 nights plus breakfast) at the InterContinental Berlin
- airport transfers on arrival and departure
- all transfers as given in the programme
- all meals as given in the programme
- all networking events as given in the programme 
- sightseeing as outlined in the programme. 

What it doesn’t include:
- Flights for both Client & Supplier to Berlin

Who pays the Registration fee?
The registration fee is to be paid by the bureau and the bureau is also responsible for their own and their clients’ travel to Berlin.

Extra nights hotel
Upon registering the hotel accommodation will be arranged for both member and client for the two nights of 26 & 27 June. If you wish to extend your stay, the InterContinental Berlin offers the special rate of €175,-- per single room per night and €200,-- per double room, including breakfast, either side of the workshop. How can I register?
Registration is now open so once you have found a suitable accompanying International association client please complete all three forms below to check to see if your client is suitable and if you can register:

Registration Form (to be completed by the bureaux)
Bureau Profile  (to be completed by the bureaux)
Client Profile (to be completed by the accompanying client)

Bureaux need to complete the Registration form and Bureau Profile and ask their client to complete the Client Profile. All three completed forms need to be typed and fully completed and sent by email ( to Claire Jackson at ICCA Head Office in a word document (except for the Registration form which should be officially signed and sent as a pdf). ICCA Head Office will then check to see if the client meets with the criteria set out in the guidelines. If the client is suitable, the bureau and client will be sent confirmation of their registration by email. 

Places on this Workshop are on a first-come-first-served basis and only two bureaus from the same country can participate. The deadline for registration is
