|How do you get to Bregenz? Simple!
There are many ways to get to Bregenz - by train, plane, bus, car or boat, or a combination of these. Due to its favourable position in the centre of Europe, Vorarlberg is easily reachable from all over the world. The sound European Railroad system and an excellent network of highways ensure quick access. An efficient public transport system connects Vorarlberg towns and villages and gets people around swiftly.
Bregenz is within easy reach from all directions. The international railways hubs Bregenz-Lindau and Feldkirch connect the Vorarlberg region with all parts of Austria and with all major cities in Europe. - Friedrichshafen - Germany (32 km): This is situated at the border triangle of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is considered the southernmost regional airport of Germany. The public transport system in the entire region almost matches that of a large city. Vorarlberg has a highly developed network of public transport by bus and rail.
