ICCA France Benelux chapter members are cordially invited to join the ICCA Fr-BeNeLux Chapter Round Table: From ‘Protocol’ to ‘Practical’: Solutions in the age of COVID19 on Tuesday 7th July at 10:00-11:15 CET. The meeting will be organised as a round table discussion.
Design of protocols and guidelines
Protocol is needed to build trust with clients and staff. Intended standards in the member countries will be presented with feedback from protocol designers.
Advice on best practices for activities related to catering, external and internal routing, cleaning of shared common areas and general hygiene considerations.
Anticipating the wild card aspect of human behaviour. How do you ensure delegates and staff follow protocol without negatively impacting your operations?
During the round table, the following questions will be answered among others:
- What have we learned in the last 4 months?
- What is the impact of policy and procedure on the industry?
- How can we manage expectations?
- Which clients and suppliers are sitting on the same side of the table, and who is sitting across from us now?
- What is needed to build confidence?
- What are the best practices that should be ensured at the baseline level of service?
