- Jem Allen, Events Executive
Jem has joined the ICCA Events team beginning of May and is supportting the coordination of events projects, ensuring that ICCA events run smoothly and according to plan. Jem has a bachelor’s degree in Events Management and has almost 10 years’ international experience within the events industry. In her previous role with Digital Procurement World (DPW), Amsterdam Jem led the search and implementation of a virtual event platform for a pandemic-friendly event of 3,000 attendees. Before she joined DPW, Jem held the position of Events Coordinator at WYSE Travel Confederation.
- Valentina Mognoni, Project Coordinator
Valentina joined the ICCA team beginning of May and is now coordinating marketing and communication projects. Valentina holds a master in Politics and Economy and has over 5 years of experience as a Marketing & Events Coordinator. In her previous role with International Convention of Asia Scholars (ICAS) Valentina was a voluntary Convention Executive. Before ICAS, Valentina was with the HNA Hospitality Group in Beijing where her last position was Marketing & Events Coordinator.
- Christine Hou, Community Engagement Coordinator
Christine joined the ICCA team beginning of May and is working on ICCA’s association relations, the Association community and association-based content for ICCA events. Christine holds a degree in International Communication and has worked in multiple countries across Europe and Asia. In her previous role with ING in Amsterdam, Christine has built and implemented community engagement strategies and managed global and local stakeholders for a coherent innovation storyline across the organisation.
- Leila Khan, Project Coordinator
Leila has joined ICCA beginning of June and will support with the in development of internal tools and documents and the coordination for implementing these. Leila has a master’s degree in Philosophy of Cognition and has over 3,5 years of experience in research and process coordination.
