How is the ICCA database beneficial for your work/organisation?
Being an ICCA researcher has truly helped me grow both personally and professionally. Through this work, I have learned a great deal and continue to learn every day. Using the ICCA Database has brought recognition not only to my professional development but also to Brazil as a destination, resulting in unprecedented achievements — especially in attracting a higher number of international visitors.
Do you have any tips for your fellow ICCA members?
My advice is to persevere. The search for new events is challenging and continuous, especially in a country as large and diverse as Brazil. We know it’s not possible to report every single event, but doing our best and maintaining consistency makes a real difference. Every effort counts toward a more accurate and impactful MICE global representation.
What positive message would you like to share with ICCAWorld?
We should always let go of old things to make room for the new, whether emotional or material. This simple act creates space for growth and brings quick, positive returns. Stay open to what the universe has to offer; new opportunities often appear when we’re ready to receive them.
