Hallym University of Graduate Studies joined ICCA with the vision of expanding its global footprint in MICE education and connecting students with the dynamic international meetings industry. As Korea’s first graduate school to specialize in MICE studies, we recognize ICCA as the world’s leading network for advancing knowledge, collaboration, and standards in the global meetings community. Joining ICCA aligns with our mission to provide students with global perspectives, real-world insights, and access to international best practices.

We expect the ICCAUni programme to serve as a bridge between academic theory and industry practice. Specifically, we look forward to:

  • Participating in joint research and case study initiatives.
  • Gaining access to updated data and trends that enrich classroom learning.
  • Facilitating student exchanges, internships, and mentorship opportunities with ICCA members.
  • Enhancing curriculum development through ICCA’s resources and benchmarking materials.

By engaging with ICCAUni, we hope to develop students who are not only academically prepared but also industry-ready.

In what ways can ICCA enhance your students’ knowledge of and engagement with the international meetings industry?

ICCA can play a crucial role in expanding our students’ global outlook by:

  • Providing access to real-time databases and case studies from around the world.
  • Offering guest lectures and webinars from international MICE leaders.
  • Creating pathways for student participation in international forums and congresses.
  • Supporting collaborative learning through ICCA student competitions and industry projects.

Through such initiatives, ICCA helps cultivate the next generation of professionals equipped to lead in the evolving global meetings landscape.
