Ningxia Yiyou Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yiyou Media) was established in 2014 and is located in Yinchuan, the "City of Lakes". It is an integrated marketing service provider with the exhibition industry as its core and digital technology as its driving force. Adhering to the concept of "creating value through service", the company has built a full industrial chain service system covering six business sectors: conferences and exhibitions, digital technology, brand IP operation, integrated communication, and cultural tourism planning. It is committed to providing full-scenario and full-cycle exhibition marketing solutions for government and enterprise customers.
Yiyou Media has successively passed the ISO international management system certification and has been honored with authoritative qualifications and honors such as a member of IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events), "China Exhibition Brand Enterprise", and "China Exhibition Person of the Year". Over the past ten years since its establishment, it has executed more than 1,000 events and served over 1 million people. Its clients include Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

What are the current industry challenges that the company is facing?
First, insufficient innovation capacity. With the continuous development of the exhibition industry, innovation has become the core competitiveness of every company. Yiyou Media is located in an inland city, where talents are relatively scarce, resulting in insufficient innovation capacity.
Second, low level of professionalization. Providing "professional" services is a necessary condition for a MICE company. From planning, execution to the entire implementation process, there is a lack of high-standard professional requirements in terms of understanding the project and the market and providing professional services.
Third, insufficient understanding of the international market. With the continuous deepening of globalization, especially the globalization of the MICE industry, "going global" has become a choice and challenge for every company. While facing fierce competition in the domestic market, Yiyou Media lacks an international perspective and a deep understanding of the market when it comes to breaking through the competition and overcoming development bottlenecks.
