Tell us your story: How ShenZhen JL. Exhibition and Conference Service Co. started?
Our story began in 2001 as the Exhibition & Event Department of a travel agency, officially incorporating as Shenzhen JL. Exhibition and Conference Service Co., Ltd. in 2012 . Rooted in Shenzhen, we have grown alongside the city's development into a world-class economic and technological powerhouse. Starting with a focus on exhibition travel services, we have spent over a decade cultivating expertise in large-scale event management. A pivotal moment was becoming the official驻馆服务机构 (in-venue service provider) for the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in 2008 and later for the world's largest venue, the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, in 2019 . This journey from a specialized department to a comprehensive, nationally recognized MICE service provider has been driven by a commitment to professionalism, innovation, and exceeding client expectations.

We observe several key trends shaping the future of association meetings:
- The Demand for Hybrid and Digital Integration: Associations are seeking sophisticated solutions that seamlessly integrate in-person and virtual attendees, moving beyond simple streaming to create engaging, interactive experiences for all participants .
- Focus on Measurable ROI and Social Value: There is increasing pressure to demonstrate the tangible return on investment for attendees and sponsors. This is coupled with a growing expectation for meetings to incorporate elements of sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and legacy-building for the host city.
- Rise of "Bleisure" and Destination Experience: Attendees are increasingly blending business with leisure. Associations are looking for destinations and venues that offer unique cultural experiences, and they expect PCOs to curate programs that extend the value of the meeting beyond the conference rooms.
- Specialization and Niche Content: Meetings are becoming more targeted. Associations are focusing on highly specialized content to attract a dedicated audience, which requires PCOs to have deep expertise in sourcing unique venues and designing programs for specific professional communities.
