Zhejiang Metropolitan MICE Ltd. is a subsidiary of the listed company Zhejiang Huamei Holding Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 000607). The company was established by integrating the MICE businesses within the listed company, and its core team has been deeply involved in the conference and exhibition industry for over a decade. The company has significant advantages in undertaking high-standard, large-scale, and complex international conferences, with rich experience in self-created brand projects and organizing large-scale government/market events, possessing a full-industry-chain execution team. The company has built three main business segments:
International Conference Expert – Successfully executed major international conferences such as the 5th World Congress of Biosphere Reserves(UNESCO) and the 4th World Data Forum(UN), receiving praise and recognition from organizers and government departments.
Cultural Entertainment Consumption Platform – Successfully planned and hosted numerous large-scale cultural and consumer entertainment events like the Dream Future Music Festival and the CMS Auto Show.
Exhibition Space Planning and Implementation – Provides full-scope services including overall planning, 2D and 3D design, copywriting, and on-site construction.

What is your favorite success story from your organisation?
A. The 5th World Congress of Biosphere Reserves. The Congress was organized by UNESCO, co-hosted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, and held in Hangzhou, China, from September 22-27, 2025. It was the first time this congress was held in China and the Asia-Pacific region, with over 4,000 participants from more than 150 countries. As the executive unit, our company successfully ensured the smooth execution of the conference, receiving a letter of thanks from the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Programme China Office and recognition from Hangzhou municipal leaders.
B. The 4th World Data Forum. This forum is an official UN project. It received a congratulatory letter from the Chinese President Xi, and was attended by Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang, featured a video message by UN Secretary-General António Guterres, and an on-site speech by a UN Under-Secretary-General. It gathered over 20 ministerial-level dignitaries from China and abroad representing 130 countries, and nearly 1,400 experts. As the executive unit, we ensured the successful hosting of the forum, receiving high praise from the organizers and participants.
