It’s hard to be green when your meeting venue isn’t. That's why the recently published Second Annual Green Venue Report, a study of the sustainability practices among 30 convention centers around the world, is important for meeting and convention planners. It compiles data from the respondents (up from 16 in 2014) that assesses the collective environmental footprints of the meetings and events that take place there, highlighting best practices and innovations of sustainably operated venues, as well as their event organizer clients.
