ICCA is one of the most prominent organisations in the world of international meetings. With over 1000 member companies and organisations in almost 100 countries worldwide and covering all the key supplier segments involved in planning, handling and accommodating international events, it is the most global trade association within the meetings industry.
Our busy Events Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the existing team, working full-time from 1 July – 30 November 2020
Note: specific dates tbc
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent team player
- Strong communication skills (you’ll need to deal effectively with ICCA members from different cultures and varying levels of seniority, including directors and CEOs)
- Strong attention to detail and well-organised personal working practices
You need to be in the process of studying at a management/events-related university. Knowledge of and experience in working in the international meetings industry is an advantage.
The main responsibilities are to handle registrations, provide general logistics support and planning for ICCA events under the direction of the department’s senior staff.
The applicants must have the necessary residence/work permits to be allowed to work in the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not possible.
Gross EURO 400 per month towards expenses.
Commuting travel costs.
