Centro Congressi Padova “A. Luciani”

Padua is a bustling and thriving city at a strategic point along the line connecting Venice, Florence and Rome and halfway between the two international airports of “Marco Polo”  in Venice and “Catullo”  in Verona.

The Centro Congressi Padova “A. Luciani” contains plenary halls and up to 8 group rooms to seat between 20 and 730 people and is the most versatile and spacious event venue in the Venice mainland.

The conference centre was founded in 1998 and refurbished in 2010. It runs over 200 events per year, both corporate and association meetings.
The company running the conference centre also runs a  restaurant and provides catering services, audio and video equipment, wideband internet Wi-Fi links, a large private park, tailor-made professional reception services, offering an efficient management service for official occasions.

Event organisers can increase the attractiveness of a meeting  in Padua taking advantage of the proximity of the town to Venice.

Some monuments of Padua should be highlighted:  the Scrovegni Chapel and the impressive municipal Palazzo della Ragione, which is still used for public events, date back to the Middle Ages (between 1200 and 1300). In 1305 Giotto painted the frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel, and visitors to Padua can still admire the only complete fresco that remains by this Tuscany born artist.
