During the ICCA Congress 2020, BestCities and ICCA launched a series of short video chats with some of the shortlisted submissions of the 2020 Incredible Impacts Programme. We are delighted to share their stories through these Incredible Impacts Chat Highlights. 

Milagros Pereyra, Executive Director of the Latin American Studies Association (LASA) talked about the legacy programmes they develop together with the destination partners. Tune in to hear how destinations can play a role in expanding the outreach to communities that associations would otherwise have no access to. Milagros also shared the story how a destination in Mexico introduced them to a legacy programme they were not even aware of. At the end of the chat, we discussed how having a meeting legacy programme as part of the association strategy can benefit both association members and destinations.
