Who can join?
- Non-governmental international associations with rotating meetings are eligible to apply to join the ICCA Association Community
- At least one meeting must rotate across three countries, attract a minimum of 50 participants and be held on a regular basis
- The association must not be managed by third parties
What are the costs?
Fee for new association executives joining the community – Try one year for free
Benefit from free access to the ICCA Association Community and other ICCA services throughout 2023. As of 1 January 2024, the usual fee of 250 euro per year will apply.
Fee for existing association executives – Discount for 2023
Existing members will be offered a discount and charged 150 euros instead of 250 euros. As of 1 January 2024, the usual fee of 250 euro per year will apply. ICCA’s fiscal year runs from January-December and the fees for organisations joining the ICCA Association Community are not pro-rated.
The invoice for the ICCA Association Community Fee 2023 will be issued around April 2023 time, to associations that are part of the ICCA Association Community. All associations will be notified with the request to renew their membership before invoices are issued. Membership will not be automatically renewed.
