Sunday, 9 May | 13:00 – 17:30
Monday, 10 May | 08:30 – 10:45
Location: Maritim Hotel, Frankfurt, Germany
Associations Lunch (for associations only) Sunday, 10 May | 12:00
Our traditional pre-IMEX Association Expert Seminar has evolved into the Association Circle, capturing the dynamic interconnectivity of stakeholders collaborating on the shared challenges facing association meetings. With sensitivity to work-life balance, we have given it a new compact format, running from 13:00 on Sunday to 10:45 on Monday, allowing many attendees to arrive in Frankfurt on Sunday morning.
The ICCA Association Circle is designed to elevate and upskill the meetings and association community, strengthening its ability to remain future-proof and resilient. By focusing on complex, strategy-driven topics, the initiative challenges participants to deepen their expertise and advance their knowledge to the next level.
The programme will welcome approximately 25 international associations alongside 50 ICCA members, creating a highly interactive and global learning environment.
