Bilbao Convention Bureau is proud to partner with ICCA to host the ICCA Business Workshop European Destination Marketing Sector 2027. Set against the backdrop of one of Europe’s most successful urban transformations, this workshop will take place on 10-12 June 2027. We are preparing an exclusive environment for 15 ICCA Members and their association clients to engage in high-level business exchange. This event is designed not only for productive one-to-one meetings but also to immerse participants in the unique “Bilbao Effect”—where world-class infrastructure meets a passionate Basque soul.

Format
ICCA Business workshops offer an informal and small platform for associations and meeting suppliers to interact (ICCA members and accompanying association executives).
During the workshop, a series of one-to-one business meetings will take place where all association executives will have the chance to meet with the destination representatives to discuss their specific meeting requirements.

Please note:
- ICCA Members should be in good standing
- A maximum of one (1) ICCA Member per city
- A maximum of two (2) ICCA Members per country
- First come, first served allocation applies
➤ Senior decision-makers of association meetings, representing associations with meetings that meet the following criteria:
- Rotation: Europe
- Meeting size: More than 500 delegates
- Duration of meeting: Minimum of 3 days
- Frequency: Meeting held at least once every four years, preferably biennial or annual
Association representatives who have attended the ICCA Business Workshop European Destination Management Sector in 2026 will be excluded. Please consult the exclusion list before inviting your client.
