ICCA Global Business Exchange lead criteria
Association meetings only
Won or lost bids for events took/are taking place after 1 January 2025
Attendance of 200 pax and above
Rotate between a minimum of three countries/territories
The lead must have ‘World/International’ as rotation
Members are requested to only submit leads they did not already use for any prior ICCA Business Exchange sessions

Submissions close on 31 August 2026. Places are limited, and participation is open exclusively to registered ICCA Congress delegates.
