The red update button is your friend! The more you use it, the more concrete information you get. ICCA members - together with the ICCA team - are working hard to achieve a mutually beneficial situation of sharing information on the ICCA Association Database.

Keep finding ways to press it and you'll be in the running to become the next Researcher of the Month - or even Researcher of the Year!

Amanda Miller and Meg Kelly from Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre have secured the coveted title this month! Here's what they had to say:

How is the ICCA database beneficial for your organisation?

One of our  primary roles in Brisbane is to research and attract international conventions in sectors where the city excels, amplifying and supporting the ongoing efforts of universities, research institutes, and the research and development sector. We proactively target specific international conventions, and our success in this endeavor heavily relies on the ICCA Database, an essential tool we utilize daily.

Do you have any tips for your fellow ICCA members?

The best tip that we can suggest is just to engage with ICCA, if you need help, support or training on the database they are always very happy to help.

What positive message would you like to share with ICCAWorld?

One of our mottos in the team is that every day is a learning experience. We have the amazing opportunity to learn a little bit about the wonderful things our clients are doing. So, even though we may not be saving the world ourselves, our clients are, and we do our bit to support the outstanding work they do.
