What was your motivation to join ICCA?
We joined ICCA to strengthen Evowk’s position as a full-service international event company. The global network, access to RFPs, and regional engagement opportunities support our mission to deliver seamless, world-class events across diverse markets.
Tell us your story. How did your organisation get started?
Evowk was born from the vision of experienced event professionals who saw a need for agile, client-focused solutions. Backed by ECMeetings originally from Malta, we launched to offer full-service event support globally, blending local expertise with international reach.

AI-driven solutions, efforts on sustainable and responsible events, and the increasing importance of data from events are transforming the landscape of association meetings. Organizations are leveraging insights from event data to optimize planning, enhance attendee experience, and demonstrate measurable ROI.
Can you name a challenge your organisation is currently facing?
One challenge Evowk faces is adapting to post-COVID budget constraints and shifting client priorities. Many organizations are moving from global to more regional events to reduce costs and manage risks, which requires us to stay agile while ensuring consistent quality and impact across all markets.
