ICCA is excited to announce that Kerstin Jones has joined the #ICCATeam as Association Engagement Manager. In this role, she will manage all aspects of the association segment within ICCA.

Kerstin is an events specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the events industry. Her most recent position was at K.I.T. Group GmbH in Berlin, where in her role as a Project Manager of Conference Management, she was involved in overseeing the management of international medical association congresses from concept to completion, overseeing project teams, and coordinating both internal and external stakeholders.

“Being passionate about the meetings industry and the international association sector, I am very excited about the opportunity to join ICCA and contribute to fostering global connections, empowering associations, and driving innovation in the international meetings industry,” Kerstin said.

Kerstin is passionate about the events space, with strong leadership and client-facing skills, as well as extensive experience organising meetings globally within the corporate and association sector. She has expertise in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering seamless events that drive impact. A multilingual professional, Kerstin brings a multicultural approach to her work and always strives for client satisfaction.

Kerstin has two decades of experience as a freelance project manager, organising a wide range of business events for corporate and non-profit organisations with up to 1500 participants. She worked on a wide array of projects, including logistics, operations, onsite project management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and managing and overseeing events budgets.
