What was your motivation to join ICCA?

To widen our connections and engagement with both UK and International Congress venues in addition to the learning and development that ICCA offers across their events.

 

Tell us your story. How did Full Circle Events & Exhibitionsget started?

Full Circle has recently celebrated our 10th Birthday, our founder and CEO started Early Action Group in 1990 before merging with Opex Group to form the SO Group in 2011, which was aquired by Freeman in 2013. Full Circle made the decision not to close down throughout the pandemic and continued to support our clients, which resulted in growth, and we now have 6 regional offices & warehouses in the UK, giving us local access to all the major UK venues, allowing us to support event organisers in reducing thier event carbon footprint.

Full Circle are the largest Independent full-service event build partner in the UK, offering 6 exhibition solutions for our clients offering completely flexibility to meet all event needs, in additon to our in-house services including electrics & lighting, floorcovering, furniture, Organiser signage and graphics, Posterboards, Features including regsitration, lounges, working, networking and catering spaces in addition to conferece theatres and full exhibitor services, graphics and show ready solutions to full design and manufacture – we ae continually investing in product delveopment to esnure we are offering clients to the most sustainable and creative solutions.

 

Which trends do you see in the Association Meetings?

With the rise in costs and inflation, we are having to think of newer cost effective ways to support Assocation and Congress events go ensure they are offeirng thier members value for money and prove event ROI. Sustainability, Legacy and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion are all key important factors for event planners – more than just a trend.
