Please note that the ICCA Association Community is only available to associations that organise international meetings. If you would like to join ICCA as a meeting professional, please check our Benefits for Meeting Professionals page.

 

As of January 2026, membership is now free of charge for associations that meet the following criteria:

  • Non-governmental international associations with rotating meetings; 
  • At least one meeting rotates across a minimum of three countries, attracts at least 50 participants, and is held regularly; 
  • The association must not be managed by third parties. 

 

This change reflects ICCA’s ongoing commitment to supporting the international association community and strengthening global collaboration.
