ICCA fully supports the potential of the next generation of meetings and events professionals working in the international events and meetings industry. That's why ICCA promotes several initiatives to help young professionals build their careers.

Future Leaders Council: An elected two-year, fixed-term post working with like-minded professionals from across the globe, keeping ICCA relevant as a thought leader in the international associations community. 

Young Professionals Forum: Dedicated time and space at ICCA events to discuss issues, brainstorm ideas, and look at forward-thinking solutions to take to the wider ICCA audience. 

ICCASkills: Global certification for the events and meetings industry to upskill, educate and inspire young professionals to commit to a long-term  industry career.
