What was your motivation to join ICCA?
To communicate with fellow of the same industry, and to develop business by finding global customers through ICCA platform.
Tell us your story. How did Xi’an Kaili Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd. get started?
Kaili MICE started from a trousim company 20 years ago. By cooperating with some university customers, we transfered our business to academic conference gradually. By 2014, we founded Xi’an Kaili Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd., focusing on academic conference and other meetings.
What sets your organisation apart?
We have developed Kaili Academic Conference Management Platform to manage all kinds of meetings all in one.
What is your favorite success story from your organisation?
We have undertaken nearly 1,000 domestic conferences and more than 100 international conferences, including nearly 50 conferences with more than 1,000 people. Its business covers more than 30 cities in 23 provinces in China with more than 100 cooperated societies and associations and over 50 universities and colleges.
What can we expect to see from your organisation in the future?
Professional, concentrated and carefull services for conference from preparation to ending in whole China and even globally.
Which trends do you see in the Association Meetings?
To open eyes to see global trends of the industry and cooperate with other companies to do business globally.
What is an industry challenging your organisation is facing currently?
Severe internal competition within the industry and low profit of each order.
