ICCA Business Intelligence continues to evolve, with a new round of enhancements now available to help members search more precisely, navigate information more efficiently, and identify relevant opportunities faster.

Following the latest series of updates introduced earlier this year, these new improvements focus on management data, search functionality, RFP visibility, and the organisation research experience.

Explore what’s new below.

Improved Management Search

The Management field has been enhanced to make it easier to identify and refine relevant suppliers.

Members can now:

  • View a dedicated Management column in search results
  • Filter by Core PCO
  • Filter by Association Management Company
  • Search Management suppliers by name
  • Sort Management suppliers alphabetically

These additions make it easier to focus searches and identify the organisations involved in managing association meetings.

Smarter Search & Filtering

Several new search improvements have also been introduced to help members refine results more precisely.

  • Sort and filter attendance by range simultaneously
  • Find exact matches in the Meeting Keyword and Organisation Keyword fields by placing search terms within quotation marks
  • Quickly identify RFPs with preferred regions through a new location-pin icon, with hover information showing the targeted region

Refreshed Organisation Tab

The Organisation tab has also been updated with a more streamlined layout, designed to make key information easier to navigate and support more efficient research.

These enhancements reflect ICCA’s continued commitment to providing members with relevant, actionable and trusted business intelligence for the international meetings industry.

All of these updates are available as part of ICCA Business Intelligence, included with ICCA membership.

For members looking for deeper market intelligence, expanded datasets and advanced analytics, ICCA BI Pro is also available as an optional premium solution.
