An opportunity to shape the future of the global business events industry
ICCA is pleased to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the hosting of the ICCA Young Professionals Forum (YPF) 2026, to be held on 15–16 November 2026.
The YPF brings together emerging talent from across the international association meetings sector, including venues, destination marketing organisations, meeting support providers, associations, and students, to exchange ideas, build leadership capacity, and co-create the future of the industry. While open to professionals of all ages, priority participation is given to those aged 35 and under.
Hosting the YPF offers a destination a unique chance to:
- Showcase its infrastructure, sustainability commitment, and innovation to rising industry leaders;
- Position itself as a forward-thinking, talent-investing partner in the global MICE ecosystem;
- Cultivate long-term relationships with the next generation of decision-makers.
The 1.5-day programme includes an evening networking reception and a full-day educational session with up to 100 participants. Hosts are expected to provide venue, AV, F&B, and logistical support in line with ICCA’s sustainability and accessibility standards.
