How is the ICCA database beneficial for your work/organisation?
It provides access to information about almost endless conference leads. It is an important tool in our lead generation and helps us to keep the flow of leads and sales constant. It is easy to use. I love the different ways to flag opportunities in the database and the contact us button. The support staff at ICCA are also quick to get back to me when I have a question.
