Who Can Apply?
Proposals are welcome from suppliers worldwide who:
- Offer innovative, high-quality, and sustainable badge & lanyard solutions
- Are either current ICCA members, or willing to join ICCA upon contract award
- Demonstrate experience in serving international conferences or association events
- Prioritise eco-conscious materials (e.g., recycled PET, bamboo, bioplastics, organic cotton) and production methods
- Can reliably deliver small-batch orders (100–150 units/event) to Amsterdam with tight timelines (final numbers confirmed 1 week before event)
Preference will be given to proposals integrating smart/digital features (e.g., RFID, QR codes), modularity, reusability, or circular economy principles.
Sponsor Benefits
Selected supplier will receive:
- Sponsor logo on lanyards for all three 2026 ICCA events
- Prominent placement on event websites under “Sponsors”
- Inclusion in the official pre-event ‘Good to Know’ and post-event ‘Thank You’ emails
