The red update button is your friend! The more you use it, the more concrete information you get. ICCA members - together with the ICCA team - are working hard to achieve a mutually beneficial situation of sharing information on the ICCA Association Database.
Keep finding ways to press it and you'll be in the running to become the next Researcher of the Month - or even Researcher of the Year!
Rachael Masson, Sales Researcher at P&J Live, has secured the coveted title this month! Here's what Rachael had to say:
How is the ICCA database beneficial for your work/organization?
For P&J Live, Aberdeen- it provides us with a valuable insight and information on conferences, which fit in with the expertise with the city. It allows us to tailor and focus our research quickly and easily to make sure we are proactively working on the correct conferences.
Do you have any tips for your fellow ICCA members?
The database provides an incredible source of knowledge information and support. However, this data is most useful when it is up to date and accurate- so make sure to share any research or findings you may have using the Red Update button!
What positive message would you like to share with ICCAWorld (Doesn’t have to be about work/database/research)
Joining the events industry in a post pandemic world has been an exciting and challenging experience! Watching association conferences make a return to normality and bringing their life and vibrancy back to cities such as Aberdeen- has been incredible to be within this experience. Alongside this, joining an industry which is welcoming and collaborative allows you to learn from the experience and expertise within the community- bringing to life new opportunities for Aberdeen and sharing knowledge to help others in the community.
